Auction News

Auction Finance Limited has joined forces with Channel 4’s ‘secret millionaire’ Chek Whyte.

Chek Whyte will work with Auction Finance Limited as the preferred finance partner for his new auction house, Whytehall Auctions based in Nottingham.

Auction Finance Limited specialises in providing funding for buyers before, during and after the auction process. The company will attend all of Whytehall auctions.

Chek appeared on channel 4’s Secret Millionaire programme which sends super rich people undercover to do good deeds with their cash. He spent six weeks in Salford and is responsible for transforming a section of the city’s skyline.

Chris Baguley, newly appointed director at Auction Finance Limited said: “It’s great to be working with Chek and Whytehall Auctions looks set to be a huge success, especially considering the growing activity in the auction sector. I’ve worked with Chek in the past and have always been impressed with his ethos and excellent reputation in the property world.”

Chek made his fortune from property development and has been involved in the property industry for over 25 years.  He said: “We’ve invested a lot of time and resources into this venture and with Auction Finance Limited on board it looks set to become one of the major auction houses in the country. So far, we’ve already got more than a hundred properties for the first auction.”

The first Wytehall Auctions sale will take place on March 19 at Stanford Hall, Chek’s stately home in Leicestershire. The auction will feature the sale of commercial and residential properties, luxury yachts, prestige cars and memorabilia.
